3-week-old California infant missing after parents, uncle shot in her home: police

Long Beach authorities are searching for Eliza Delacruz who may have been taken by the gunman that shot the three adults including the baby’s mother. The incident occurred inside a home at 5:50 p.m. Saturday.

A 3-week-old child was taken from a California home after her parents and uncle were critically wounded by the gunman who abducted her,police said.
Long Beach Police are asking for the public's help to locate Eliza Delacruz, who is now missing after the violent shooting inside her home Saturday evening.
Officers arrived at the house on W. 51st St. at 5:50 p.m. and found three people — including the baby girl's parents and father’s brother — were shot.
Two victims remain in the hospital and are listed in critical but stable condition. A third victim has been released.
Authorities said the male gunman may have taken the tiny child, who weighs about 10 pounds.

The suspect has not been identified except that he is male. Any potential connection to the child is currently unknown, police said.
Police did not return a call from the Daily News Sunday morning.
