Man's body found in Queens waterfront park: police

Police said Friday that a man's body was found around 11 a.m. on Thursday in MacNeil Park. The body had no identification and shows no obvious signs of trauma.

A man’s body was found in a Queens waterfront park on New Year’s Day, cops said.
The corpse was discovered at about 11 a.m. Thursday, fully clothed and lying face down on rocks near the water in College Point’s MacNeil Park, police said Friday.
The man, who appeared to be in his 30s, did not carry any identification and police have not yet determined his name.
The body showed no obvious signs of trauma, cops said.
The city medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
